By Leah Mercer

Featuring Johanna Weller-Fahy, Pamela Sabaugh and Cynthia Ward
The Looking Glass Theatre, 522 W. 57th Street, New York

Produced by the Looking Glass Theatre and S/W/ITCHES

A performance text that integrates image, poetry, music, movement and narrative, Melancholia exists in the landscape of then and now, of what was and what could be. Melancholia considers what role choice, circumstance and character play in the construction of sadness.
